Meet Josie!!! She is the latest addition to the Branham house!! We are so in love! We have been talking about getting a dog for a while and I happened to see this little cutie online so we went to go see and her just had to take her home!
We brought her by my sisters house the day we picked her up and Avery was instantly in love! Avery asked what her middle name was and we told her she didn't have one...so according to Avery her full name is Josie Sophia Mae Branham!
She had her first bath after being home for a couple days, and let me tell you...she was not pleased!
One of her favorite things to do these days is chew on EVERYTHING! She loves rawhides, bacon bones, hands, toes, baskets, wood trim...its just GRRRRREAT...
It was freezing cold the week after we got her so we had to buy her a winter coat and blanket to bundle her in when she came in from being outside...she would just shiver like crazy!!
On Thanksgiving Bennett was obsessed with Josie...or as he would say JOSAYYYYY. We told him Josie needed some quiet time in her crate so Bennett decided to turn the lights off and lay on the floor with her, he quickly informed me I could not talk because Josayyyy was sleeping!
Her ears have been growing like weeds so they are getting rather heavy for her. Its pretty funny because when she sleeps on her back the weight of her ears pulls her face skin back so tight she can't close her eyes. Basically she looks like she is awake, but don't be fooled she is passed out!
Stephen is in love with her! She is great practice for him before we start thinking about having kids!
This is Josie at 12 weeks old...hard to believe we have had her for 3.5 weeks already!
