This past weekend I celebrated girls weekend with my mom and sister. We decided that we have been having our annual girls weekend for 7 or 8 years! Its such a fun tradition that we look forward to sharing every December!
This year we decided to step it up a notch and stay at a hotel all weekend! It was soooooo fun! We started off our weekend by getting massages...wait just kidding...no we didn't! We got to the massage place where my sister had booked our appointments a few weeks ago and they said they only had two appointments book despite them calling to confirm 3 appointments with my sister two days before! Super irritating! But we made the best of it and walked a few stores over and got pedicures instead! After that we checked into the hotel! We stayed at the Radisson Blu right next to Mall of America! It was so nice and so convenient! The hotel is connected to the mall by skyway so we literally didn't go outside until Saturday night! We did a little Christmas shopping on Friday night and then shopped a bunch on Saturday as well! Saturday night we went to dinner at Zelo on the Nicollet Mall and to a Christmas concert! Every year we go to see a local a cappella group called The Blenders at the Pantages theater and we just love it!
We had such a fun weekend and got a lot of Christmas shopping done! Looking forward to another girls weekend next year!
